"For nearly eight years, I have served as the Senior Staffing Coordinator at a home health agency, demonstrating unwavering dedication to both patients and caregivers. In a role that requires constant problem-solving, organization, and compassion, I consistently go above and beyond to ensure that vulnerable patients receive the care they need. I am the backbone of daily operations , balancing complex schedules, responding to last-minute challenges, and making sure every patient has a qualified caregiver when they need one most. My ability to manage chaos with professionalism and heart has made me a valuable part of the team. I am highly committed to people. I advocate for caregivers, support families during difficult times, and work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the entire system running smoothly.
