"I am nominating Morgan for this award because she has made significant, measurable contributions to our organization throughout the AlayaCare integration and ongoing system development. In her role, she leads the team responsible for processing all nursing documentation and preparing it for billing. This includes document reconciliation, visit verification, payroll processing, and producing accurate cost‑reporting metrics for the organization. Morgan not only oversees her team but also actively monitors the AlayaCare platform itself to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. She regularly collaborates with both our internal teams and AlayaCare representatives, using system‑generated data to drive workflow enhancements and strengthen our outcome reporting and metrics. Additionally, Morgan has been an invaluable resource in training nursing staff—both within our organization and across partner agencies—on accurate documentation practices and effective use of AlayaCare. Her leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement have made a meaningful impact on our operations and overall success."
