As President of Operations and a founding leader of Boulevard Home Care Associates, she has transformed the organization from a start up into a state of the art home care provider serving several thousand patients across New York in less than four years. With more than 15 years in healthcare, Sofia has driven strategic growth, process improvement, and team development while strengthening partnerships with regulators, insurers, physicians, and community organizations. Under her leadership, Boulevard expanded its geographic footprint, broadened services, and was selected as one of only 13 agencies awarded the ability to function as a Fiscal Intermediary statewide. Inspired by her grandmother, a three time cancer survivor, Sofia leads with compassion and a deep commitment to helping families navigate the healthcare system. Recognized as one of New York City’s Leading Female Entrepreneurs under 30, she continues to elevate patient experience while giving back through community education and charitable initiatives."
