"With nearly 15 years of experience in home-based care, I have built my career around expanding access, strengthening operations, and supporting sustainable growth for medically complex children and their families. As Vice President of Operations, since joining my organization in 2023, I have helped lead 40% year-over-year organic growth and successfully launched operations in two additional states. My leadership has focused on creating scalable infrastructure, improving workflows, strengthening staffing support, and developing high-performing teams that can deliver quality care consistently across growing markets.
